     Casper Follweiler Casper's will was dated 24 May 1760 and probated 11 Nov. 1760 in Reading. In "Warrants and Surveys of the Province of PA, including the three Lower Counties," 1759. Vol. III:171, located in the Philadelphia City Hall Annex is a record of the survey of a tract of land situated in Oley. It is dated 26 February 1733 to Casper Fulweighla for 200 acres and allowances of 6 acres for roads. This was returned to the Secretary's Office the 25 day of May, 1736. A copy of the actual deed is in A-7 pg 545. This had to have been copied and sent to me by a clerk in Philadelphia. This is all the documentation I have for it and it's not written in my hand.1 He was land In "Warrants and Surveys of the Province of PA, including the three Lower Counties," 1759. PA in April of 1800. The witnesses were Ferdinand Folweiler and Catharine Schmidt, his wife. In parens is the note [Catharine Schmidt is probably the maternal aunt of the bride.]. Catherine Schmidt was born on 11 August 1769 at Jacksonville, Lynn Twp., Northampton County, Pennsylvania; 11 Aug. 1767 according to J.P. Lutz. She was the daughter of Johannes Schmidt and Elisabeth Miller.
